From the first years of its operation, it has participated in External Interlaboratory Quality Controls with the aim of controlling, monitoring, ensuring and improving the quality of laboratory results, identifying analytical errors and comparing and converging analytical performances between laboratories that take part. The laboratory, directed by Mr. Nikos L. Papaloizou, is staffed with well-trained and experienced personnel, capable of performing the tasks and coping with the stressful working conditions.
